This page explains our terms of use. When you use Buy Mobile Proxy, you're agreeing to all the rules on this page. Some of them need to be expressed in legal language, but we've done our best to offer you clear and simple explanations of what everything means — hence the brief summaries in these blue boxes. The summaries, for the record, are not part of the official legal terms.

Welcome to Buy Mobile Proxy. By using this website (the “Site”) offered by Buy Mobile Proxy SRLS (together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “Buy Mobile Proxy,” “we,” or “us”), you're agreeing to these legally binding rules (the “Terms”). You're also agreeing to our Privacy Policy and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

We may change these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll let you know about any material changes, either by notifying you on the Site or by sending you an email. If you keep using Buy Mobile Proxy after a change, that means you accept the new terms.

2. About Creating an Account

Creating an account with fake or stolen billing details is strictly forbidden and will lead to a KYC verification.

You can browse Buy Mobile Proxy website without registering for an account. But to use our paid services you'll need to register for an account. When you do that, the information you give us has to be accurate and complete. Don't use either invalid or someone else's data for your e-mail address or names. We reserve the right to request further verification (KYC) and suspend the account for accounts we suspect are using fraudulent information. Until the verification is complete, you won't be able to login to your account nor access any site from the proxy or proxies you purchased. No refunds will be given until the KYC procedure has been succesfully completed. We do this to discourage the use of our services for illicit purposes.

If you aren't comfortable in handing out your real data and/or completing a KYC verification procedure ("10).", you should NOT register NOR purchase our services.

You're responsible for all the activity on your account, and for keeping your password confidential. If you find out that someone's used your account without your permission, you should report it to [email protected].

To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Things You Definitely Shouldn't Do

This section is a list of things you probably already know you shouldn't do — break laws, abuse people, steal data, hack other people's computers, interfere with the proper working of web services, and so on. Please behave yourself. Don't do this stuff. We are not an anonimity service, nor we want to favor illicit activities and we cooperate with authorities if we are asked to.

We expect all of our users to behave responsibly and help keep this a nice place. Don't do any of these things on the Site and in the Services:

• Don't use our services to break the law. Don't take any action that infringes or violates other people's rights, violates the law, or breaches any contract, legal duty or terms of service you have toward anyone.
• Don't spam. Don't distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters. Don't run mail lists, listservs, or any kind of auto-responder or spam on or through the Service.
• Don't harm anyone's computer. Don't distribute software viruses, or anything else (code, films, programs) designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment on the Site (whether it belongs to Buy Mobile Proxy or another party).

We also need to make sure that our Site is secure and our systems function properly. So don't do any of these things — most of which boil down to “don't mess with our system or use it in a way which could affect our other users.”

• Don't try to interfere with the proper workings of the Services.
• Don't bypass any measures we've put in place to secure the Services.
• Don't try to damage or get unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information, whether it belongs to Buy Mobile Proxy or another party.
• Don't take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or on our third-party providers (we reserve the right to determine what's reasonable, contact us at [email protected] if unsure).
• Don't use any kind of software or device (whether it's manual or automated) to “crawl” or “spider” any part of the Site.
• Don't take apart or reverse engineer any aspect of the Services in an effort to access things like source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms.
• Don't use an excessive amount of data on the proxies. As we need to keep good and healthy relationship with the mobile operators we work with and as an excessive data usage could saturate the cell towers our modems connect to and affect other users of our service, we reserve the right to determine what is deemed an abuse of the terms (see "14).").

4. Stuff We Aren't Responsible For

Buy Mobile Proxy isn't liable for any damages or losses related to your use of its Services. We don't become involved in disputes between users, or between users and any third party relating to the use of the Services. When you use the Services, you release Buy Mobile Proxy from claims, damages, and demands of every kind — known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed — arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You're solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.

5. Subscription

Buy Mobile Proxy offers one time trials and 1-7-30-day plans.

Your paid plan (1-7-30 days) will not renew automatically by credit card at the end of each billing cycle. It may renew, up to your choice. To continue using the proxy you purchased, you need to manually renew it via the Renew page or activate automatic renewals for it.

6. Payments

Buy Mobile Proxy services can be paid through credit card, bank transfer or crypto. Specific terms for users of each payment method can be found in this section.

7. Refunds

If there is a problem in the system, we will try to fix it and we will definitely solve it. There may be long-lasting problems, but eventually the problem will definitely be solved because we did not rent or buy the system from anyone else. We totally did it. That's why there are no refunds.

8. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time by communicating your request of termination to us.

You can terminate your account at any time. All provisions of this agreement survive termination of an account. All data created on Buy Mobile Proxy will be deleted at the exception of eventual invoices generated and traffic logs. We keep traffic logs after account deletion to be able to cooperate with local authorities if we are asked to.

9. KYC Verification

To prevent bad actors using our services to cover their illicit acts, we might enforce a KYC verification to let you keep using our services if we spot suspicious activity.

Buy Mobile Proxy may request to verify your identity if we suspect you signed up to our service using fake or stolen data or if we noticed supiscious browsing activity from the proxy you purchased.

Supiscious browsing activity include (but is not be limited to) using our proxies to try processing credit card payments and accessing websites for which using a mobile proxy on wouldn't add any benefit if not covering an illict act.

The KYC verification process requires you to send us a selfie with a clearly readable governament ID along with a picture of the card used for your payment of the service (only the first and last 4 digits should be visible - others can be blurred out.

If you aren't comfortable with completing a KYC procedure in case we request one for your account, you shouldn't register or purchase our service.

10. Our Rights

To operate, we need to be able to maintain control over what happens on our website. So in this section, we reserve the right to make decisions to protect the health and integrity of our system. We don't take these powers lightly, and we only use them when we absolutely have to.

Buy Mobile Proxy reserves these rights:

We can make changes to the Buy Mobile Proxy Site and Services without notice or liability.

We will charge a fee of per day for our customers who initiate disputes against us on various sites (except in court, where we will demand money) and are found to be wrong.

We may terminate our work with users who meet criteria that may harm us and not refund them.

The speed we offer you may vary depending on your distance from our servers, the speed test site and its servers, and your internet speed test. We perform speed tests from the city where our server is located (from the shortest distance, from the bottom) and report it. Any ms, ping losses or connection losses that may occur when you establish a connection are not related to us.

If the base station does not reach the specified speed from time to time during public holidays, celebrations, special days or when the base station is busy at times when people are at home, we would like to inform you that we will do our best for this situation, but no refund will be given.

Other legal third party persons cannot use the same proxy and account; if this is detected, we will terminate the service. This service provider provides personalized service and the products purchased are the responsibility of that person.

We have the right to decide who's eligible to use Buy Mobile Proxy. We can cancel accounts or decline to offer our Services (especially if you're abusing them). We can change our eligibility criteria at any time. If these things are prohibited by law where you live, then we revoke your right to use Buy Mobile Proxy in that jurisdiction.

Buy Mobile Proxy is not liable for any damages as a result of any of these actions, and we retain the right to refrain from commenting on any such action.

11. Dispute Resolution And Governing Law

We at Buy Mobile Proxy encourage you to contact us if you're having an issue, before resorting to the courts. In the unfortunate situation where legal action does arise, these Terms (and all other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and without application of the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act or the United Nations Convention of Controls for International Sale of Goods. You agree that Buy Mobile Proxy and its Services are deemed a passive website and application that does not give rise to jurisdiction over Buy Mobile Proxy or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers, or shareholders, either specific or general, in any jurisdiction other than the Republic of Italy. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use or non-use of Buy Mobile Proxy, you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. You hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to trial by jury in any dispute, action, or proceeding.

12. Service Unavailability And Responsibilities

We don't take liability for any economical loss due to the unavailability of our service.

We at Buy Mobile Proxy do everything we can to make the service you paid for available and usable. However, some downtimes may happen. In that case, we take no responsibilities for any loss (including direct or indirect economical loss), or damage cause by the unavailability of the services you purchased from us. By extending your subscription at least for the period during which the service you purchased is not available, we will not have to pay compensation for any time you are unable to use our service due to problems caused by us.

13. Acceptable Usage Of The Proxies

Usage of "Unlimited Data" is subject to fair usage.

While we don't have fixed monthly usage data limits, we do monitor the proxies average data consumption. Should we notice an high usage that could put the sim card, our good relationship with the mobile operator(s) at risk, or saturate the cell towers or our infrastructure and slow down the service for our other customers, we reserve the right to refund you all the paid unused days left on your proxy and revoke access to it. In any case, we'll always communicate with you before taking any such measure.

14. The Rest

These are our official terms and our rules for how things work. If you ever see confusing or conflicting information about any of this stuff, just check these terms — they're the last word. Thank you for reading them, and for using Buy Mobile Proxy!

These Terms and the other material referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and Buy Mobile Proxy with respect to the Services. They supersede all other communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Buy Mobile Proxy with respect to the Services and govern our future relationship. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under the law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise will remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either you or Buy Mobile Proxy to exercise any right provided for in these Terms in any way won't be deemed a waiver of any other rights.

These Terms are personal to you. You can't assign them, transfer them, or sublicense them unless you get Buy Mobile Proxy's prior written consent. Buy Mobile Proxy has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. Buy Mobile Proxy will provide you notice via email, written notice, or by conspicuously posting the notice on our Site.
